This beautiful, savory, chunky mix is made from California sun dried figs and cherries, grown and dried in a family run orchard, that are slow cooked for hours in Denver's own Stem Ciders Malice cider, a cider dry fermented from fresh Colorado apples that is crisp and light. Organic mustard powder and two kinds of mustard seeds are added with fresh cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes. Finishing out the spice additions we add a generous serving of the incredible Ritual Chocolates Madagascar cacao nibs for an unexpected chocolately bite. It's not Deliciousness®, but it is ridiculously delicious.
